Great staff stuck in a hotel that can’t keep up
2/5, and I’ll be fair about why. The staff are genuinely excellent — warm, attentive, trying hard. None of what follows is on them, and honestly they’re the only reason this isn’t a 1. The problems: the AC in the room simply couldn’t cope. In Dubai, in summer, that’s not a minor gripe — it’s the one thing a hotel here absolutely has to get right, and it didn’t. Reported it, tolerated it, shouldn’t have had to. And the property is far too crowded for what it charges. Pool, common areas, everywhere — it feels like the hotel sells well past what the space can comfortably hold. Whatever boutique calm the brand is going for gets lost in the volume of people. Good people, uncomfortable stay. Fix the AC and manage the capacity, and this could be a very different review.

Our experience was amazing especially the service from rinsaad our personal waiter was incredible and the view is also outstanding. Amazing date night for me and my girlfriend
