This hotel is fantastic. To its location, the opulence of the place is apparant as soon as your car pulls up in front of the hotel. The rooms are a great size with everything you need for your stay. We had an executive room so access to the lounge where we had breakfast every morning, it was so praceful with amazing views. The staff are all so friendly and can't do enough for you, especially Akash in the concierge desk, Kumar in the lounge, Mokesh and Suman at the pool. The rooms are kept spotless by the very hard working housekeeping team. The only thing we were a little let down with was the buffet restaurant which had a bit repetitive food and parents letting their children run around when you are carrying plates of food but that is a problem of parents not the hotel. We will definitely return.
Just had a week at the Hilton palm Dubai Fantastic time, especially in the executive lounge, special thanks to Rachel, Yasmina, Princess and kumar for spoiling us and providing us with excellent service Also not to forget the chef for serving up some excellent breakfasts
Special mention to Tijan who was amazing at Mowsen - made our little girl smile so much over breakfast (she still has the camel firmly held onto if we mention breakfast at a restaurant). Can this be personally passed onto him please. He is an asset your team and 5/5 from all of us.
The lady at the Kids club whose name I can’t remember. Great face painting and so inviting and friendly.
We got the Executive Lounge room as it was quieter at breakfast here, good selection for afternoon tea, and drinks from 5pm to 7pm which was nice.
Overall a good stay, some small issues but dealt with quickly by the management. Wasn’t as busy due to the issues around the Gulf region. Very safe, good location, easy to get around. Temperature of the pool was lovely. Massage at the Spa was very relaxing. Claw BBQ - food great, smoking/vaping tables in the middle of the restaurant area that no one told us about, not great!! They moved us straight away after we mention it. We have a 3 year old - surely you’d mention this when we booked.
The hotel was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the location was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back.
At the end of June, I attended a private reception at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. Without any prior notice of pricing, my friend and I were charged AED 140 for two non-alcoholic drinks, while other guests at the same event received the same drinks free of charge. My drink was also cleared before I had finished it.
The bar manager present that evening confirmed to me personally that these drinks were indeed complimentary as part of the event, and that the charge was the result of a server error. Despite this acknowledgement, nothing was done to rectify the situation at the time.
I submitted a formal complaint by email shortly after. Despite two follow-up emails, I have received no response whatsoever after more than two weeks.
The initial incident was an acknowledged mistake by the bar manager himself. The complete silence from management is incompatible with the standards expected of a 5-star Hilton property.
