Mr Moritz (General Manager) personally came and greeted us at check in and everything was so seamless and convenient from Valet car drop off to check in to enjoying the amazing pool / amenities / restaurants & Ofcourse the fabulous service.
Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a good time , relaxed atmosphere, and tailored hospitality.
Thanking Mr Moritz and the whole Andaz once again for the care and amazing experience.

Nice Boutique Hotel
Lovely hotel, stayed in September so a bit quieter. Nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. Stayed a few times now and always happy with the service of the staff. Good location, across from Mall and small mini mart on site. The only gripe I have is the mini bar in the room, which is really non existent, day after arrival and it was not filled and we had to constantly ask for drinks, one coke seems to be the limit of your lucky. This is a shame as for this standard of hotel I would expect better. Again the tea and coffee is now only included for breakfast with the half board option which is a shame. The staff at the Locale are faultless and Shaloo, Tibin, Natasha and Lea all deserve a mention and even remembered us from our last stay.

The exceptional service from the hotel staff
The exceptional service from the hotel staff truly stood out during my stay. As always, their outstanding hospitality made my visit incredibly enjoyable. I would like to specifically commend Priya, Tibin, Jalan, Marcus, Kashif, and Asif the bellhop for their dedication. A very special thanks goes to Sumit Joshi, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled perfectly and seamlessly throughout my stay.
Don’t go to this property
Please don’t waste your money, or ruin your holiday here. I was told we can’t do anything if you decide to leave you will not get any refund I spent 15 days here. Arrogant staff no managers to be seen. Only on check out did the managers appear out the wood works. Terrible food terrible room service terrible views of construction sites. I stayed in a junior suite 1300 aeds a night trust me it’s the worst hotel for the price point in all of uae
