Unforgettable Andaz Dubai The Palm, by Hyatt
Our one week stay was amazing! We were really impressed by the attitude of the staff and the quality of services they provide. My partner needs gluten and dairy free dishes and even though most buffet options contain gluten and milk, Sous Chef Mr. Pandey was always ready with an appealing dish platter for her. Such an attention to detail makes your holiday successful. Our room was quiet, clean, large enough, with a huge comfortable bed, good lighting and a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, separate toilet with a bidet hose. The view of the beach was also wonderful - from the 13th floor! Breakfast and dinner buffet was varied and very satisfying! I should mention an exceptional pastry section, supervised by a fantastic pastry chef Francesca. There are two pools, the one for adult visitors is on the 14th floor, a bigger one for families is next to the beach. The sea swimming area is protected from any possible jellyfish by an underwater net which makes it very safe. To tell the truth, the hotel and its facilities, their employees and the entire experience made it an absolute highlight for us in 2026! We will definitely come back!

Second Stay at this Wonderful Hyatt Andaz Property
This was my second stay at this wonderful Hyatt property. I stayed once during winter so then I could not experience the 2 pools or the beach. Check-in was super fast and we were upgraded to the same ocean view suite on the 13th floor which I had a few years ago. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience having the hotel offer so many delicious different items. The 2 swimming pools were warm but not hot so it was enjoyable to just sit in them and relax. The GM Moritz was there each morning to great each guest. I highly recommend this proprty in Dubai, you will not regret staying here.

Very disappointing experience — money disappeared from my room
I stayed at Andaz Dubai The Palm and unfortunately had a very serious issue during my stay.
After housekeeping had cleaned my room, I discovered that $200 in cash was missing from the room. The money had been there before the room was cleaned, and I noticed it was missing afterwards.
I immediately reported the incident to the hotel management and asked them to investigate, including checking the relevant CCTV footage and records of who entered the room.
For a hotel of this level, this is extremely concerning. Guests should be able to feel that their belongings are safe inside their room.
I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would strongly recommend that guests take extra precautions with their valuables.
I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and provides a proper explanation and resolution.
