NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Dubai, and the staff made our experience even more special. A special mention to Dimpy Rashed Keith, Rosche, Manisha who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Their excellent service and welcoming attitude really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We booked for our friend’s 60th Birthday for 10 days all inclusive. Our travel agent tried contacting the Hotel to arrange a Birthday cake & to place cards in her rooms - she never any correspondence. The hotel is beautiful, recently renovated. The hotel is situated opposite a Shopping Mall, the other side is an Oil Refinery & ongoing Construction works - Piling at 7am every morning! Every morning when we left our room all you could smell was a chemical smell like carpet glue. The main restaurant was only open for breakfast, not open for lunch & dinner. They told us on the 1st day they had a leak, so it wasn’t open (Wasn’t open for the whole of our stay) When we complained (day 2) about our lack of food choices, we was informed that we could sit in the cafe off the lobby, or at the pool bar. We could also go to the Japanese restaurant (not usually included in the all inclusive package) We did have Japanese one evening which was lovely. There was an Indian restaurant too - but straight away told: No, as it was not part of the hotel. We asked for a voucher for McGettigan’s Irish bar next door, again told: No - not part or the hotel. Manager Jessica said: If we fancied anything for our evening meal, she would try & arrange itfor us! We didn’t want to think about my evening meal in the morning. There was numerous mix ups with menu’s & meals given to us, Staff gave us Al a carte menus, once we mentioned - All inclusive the menus were taken away & replaced by smaller menu’s. We complained again & was given the Al a carte menus. We ended up spending £800+ elsewhere to have food choices & a better atmosphere. The only two members of staff worth mentioning in the Hotel was Wilson (Pool bar) & Manisha (Cafe). Thank you to both of you. Overall we’re all very disappointed with the All inclusive package, we didn’t receive the package we paid for & we’ve never had to spent such an additional amount whilst on holiday .
