We had a wonderful stay at JA Palm Tree Court! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The facilities, hospitality, and overall experience made our stay truly memorable.
A special thank you to Bam, our buggy driver, for his kindness, helpfulness, and friendly attitude. He always made getting around the resort easy and enjoyable.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Sharook from the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean, tidy, and comfortable. His attention to detail and dedication to his work did not go unnoticed.

Last year, I vacationed with my family at the Rixos hotel in Rasselheim. Abroad, I vacation at Hilton hotels in the US. And the service is excellent everywhere. This year, tour operators recommended your hotel to us, claiming that it was no worse. But I was a bit disappointed with the situation with the beach. It wasn’t cleaned of cigarette butts and bottle caps, for example. And I’ve seen this more than once. And also, the situation with constantly having to leave a signature at the restaurant — for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — is very stressful. It feels like I’m constantly under surveillance.

Beautiful place
We stayed at JA Palm Tree Court for 2 nights and enjoyed every single second. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - from the bellboys, the reception team, concierge team, to the restaurant staff. Everything was 10/10; room, activities, ambience, food, people, even the animals.
