We had a wonderful stay at JA Lake View Hotel! The room was comfortable, the staff were accommodating, and the facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the pool and beach access. It was a lovely staycation with the family, and we would definitely love to come back! Special thanks to Ms. Menchie & Ms. Agnes.

Family bonding
What a wonderful stay with JA Lake View Hotel. We loved the activities that we did here and the staff are very accommodating from concierge Rodney, Reception Sam & Agnes and Mr. Patrick Manager, and a very friendly staff such as Menchie the lady in blue & Joshua in water activities. And Mr. Karim from the time we came and until check out he made sure that we are taken care off. Will definitely be back again here.

I was lost while booking taxi miss menchie approach and assist with the booking for taxi very family environment. she is friendly and helpful. The staff service was perfect very accommodating. the rooms were great and comfortable and clean. The food is amazing. Thanks to Big John as well for helping me too. We will be back soon.
Exceptional hospitality from John at the concierge desk.
John and Olawale greeted us and made us feel so welcome! John helped us organise horse riding at the resort which we fully enjoyed! John also gave us a tour of all three resorts and the amenities available which was amazing! We would highly highly recommend staying at this hotel ! So much to do!
Horse Riding with JA
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by Olawale, whose kind smile and helpfulness immediately made a lovely first impression. We then received what felt like a grand welcome tour from our concierge, “Big John.” He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes so much pride in working at such a gorgeous hotel. He kindly arranged horse riding for us, which I would 100% recommend - it was absolutely worth it! The more we explored the hotel, the more excited I became to experience all of the amenities it has to offer. The views from every area of the hotel have been spectacular, and the whole setting is just stunning. The food has also been delicious and always arrives with great timing. We’ve had such a wonderful experience so far, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay!
