Amazing staff, family-friendly stay
We stayed at JA Lake View Hotel in February 2026 and I’m only just getting around to leaving a review!
The hotel ticked every box for us as a family of three with a young child. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the surrounding golf courses and scenery are lush, green, and incredibly peaceful.
There was an excellent choice of restaurants, and we loved having the option to visit the other hotels within the resort to use their pools, beaches, and facilities. The complimentary golf buggies that shuttle guests around the resort were a huge highlight for our 4-year-old. Every driver was so friendly and welcoming, often letting him ride up front, which absolutely made his day.
A very special thank you to Menchie, who helped us celebrate our little boy’s birthday and looked after us on several occasions throughout our stay. The team truly went above and beyond by surprising us in our room with a birthday cake, playing instruments, and singing Happy Birthday. It was such a magical and memorable experience for our son, and something we’ve never experienced at any other hotel.
After spending time staying with friends in central Dubai, we wanted a short, relaxing family break, so we didn’t leave the resort at all—and we didn’t need to. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend quality family time together, and make some wonderful memories.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend JA Lake View Hotel to families looking for a relaxing, child-friendly resort with exceptional service.

Fantastic stay, amazing food, and an unforgettable St. Nicholas party for the kids!
We stayed at the JA Lake View Hotel during the St. Nicholas holiday, and we were absolutely thrilled. The hotel was fantastic, perfectly clean, and the service was top-notch. The food deserves a special mention – it was amazing, delicious, and the variety was incredibly rich. There was something new and tasty to try every day. The absolute highlight for us was the St. Nicholas party. Our kids were completely blown away and had the best time. The entire family program was wonderfully organized. We would love to come back here again in the future! Highly recommended.
A lot of restaurants are closed!! Not really all inclusive dine around.
We are actually due to come to JA Lake View in August. We’ve booked and were told everything was open and operational. After emails restaurant reservations team we are now being told a long list of restaurants are closed including the buffet 81 restaurant which is where you would have your breakfast buffet. No help is being given to advise when the restaurants will reopen. We don’t want to come to a hotel that doesn’t have a functioning breakfast buffet. It’s totally unfair to suggest we go to the sister hotels for breakfast especially will small children. It’s not really a dine around if half The restaurants are closed. I have called and emailed so many times to ask to speak to a manager who could perhaps give me more information on if these restaurants will reopen by August.

A Beautiful Resort for Families
We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) as a staycation for Eïd Holidays and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly designed for families, while still feeling peaceful, modern, and impeccably clean.
What we loved most was the lush greenery, the animals around the resort, and the Kids Club—which almost made me wish I were a child again so I could enjoy it too!
Special mentions go to both the RepubliK restaurant, which was an excellent surprise and one of the highlights of our stay, and the gyms, which are spacious and very well equipped.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality, friendliness, and willingness to help throughout our visit.
We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it.

Splendid and will likely to visit again!
It was an amazing experience as the hospitality of Ms. Gaytre, Mr. Vinay and Mr. Sanjay had added value to it. Ms. Medona at the reception desk and Mr. Jaspreet at Kinara had put an extra effort to make our stay and meal comfortable. The lush green life out of the hustle and bustle of city made us feel relaxed and the private pool was a real feast to the kids who love to splash in summer! Hygiene needs to be addressed meticulously in all the areas to make the trip wonderful at its apex.
