I had a wonderful stay at JA Beach Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations.
A special thank you to Mr. Rustam, who made our stay truly memorable. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a real difference. Employees like Mr. Rustam are a great asset to the hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a clean private beach, excellent facilities, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the resort were welcoming and attentive.
I highly recommend JA Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Dubai, and I especially appreciate Mr. Rustam for his outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again!

We had a lot of fun. We were with friends and family. The staff took a lot of care of us, especially Mr. Sulith at reception and Mr. Abhishek at their dining area. We had a great time at JA Beach Hotel.

A memory at JA beach hotel
Our recent stay at JA Resort with a group of four families (15 adults) was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, we were overwhelmed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of every single staff member.
Our experience began at check-in, where Sulith truly set the tone for an unforgettable holiday. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and ensured that our large group was looked after seamlessly. His dedication to guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and determination to create memorable experiences are simply phenomenal. Sulith is undoubtedly a rockstar and a tremendous asset to JA Resort.
Throughout our stay, every member of the team was always on hand, ready to assist with a smile and make us feel at home. Managing a large group can be challenging, but the staff handled everything effortlessly, making each one of us feel valued and cared for.
The resort itself is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the level of service is truly world-class. Our entire group left with wonderful memories, and we cannot wait to return. A heartfelt thank you to Sulith and the entire JA Resort team for making our family getaway so special. Highly recommended!

Fun and memorable experience
This is my first time in this country UAE, originally from the Philippines, and the accomodation is very good. The place is very beautiful and nice as well as the view at the beach, the crew and staff are very kind too. If I were given a chance to go back here for the second time, I would love to be here again.
