I keep choosing this hotel because of the consistently excellent service they provide, especially to their members. Every stay has been a wonderful experience, and the staff always make me feel valued and well taken care of.

I would also like to commend Chef Aly (Ali) for preparing my omelette it was absolutely delicious! Special thanks as well to John and Krishna at the restaurant for their warm and attentive service.

My appreciation also goes to the staff who take care of the jacuzzi and steam facilities, as well as the barista at the pool bar who go above and beyond as always. as we stayed their after check-out since my friend wanted to use the gym and sauna. I sincerely apologize for not remembering everyone's names, but your kindness, professionalism, and dedication never go unnoticed.

We had an exceptional time at the Voco Hotel! I have never felt more welcomed or taken care of by any other hotel. One of the bellboy, Ibrahim was incredibly helpful and friendly. He always remembered us! And transported our luggage, was very kind and handled our bags with care. I look forward to staying there in voco again soon! This hotel is in a super convenient location in Dubai. There are no crowds of tourists around this hotel. We walked with our roller bags to the hotel from Metro station. We were always able to hop on the Tube at the Tube station which was just around the corner for out daily excursions in the city. We ate our evening meals everynight we were there as they have several really good restaurants. It is easy to find the hotel on GPS as it is across from Burj khlifa. The staff are incredibly nice. The room is super quiet with a wonderful view and a very nice bathroom. We hated to leave.Thank you for a wonderful experience. My only regret is that We could not stay longer! We felt so comfortable and pampered by your friendly and professional team Specially Ibrahim at concierge,The view from the Spires Suite is something we won’t soon forget!
