Had an amazing stay at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious and well-organized. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of. Specially, excellent service reception team, (Ms.Sofia) Our checking smooth and so fast She provide all the information about hotel which is very helpful for us. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance were absolutely on point. The ambiance throughout the property gives a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation.
The service truly stands out—quick, professional, and always with a smile. It felt like a complete premium experience.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Alaa Al-Deen. He is by far the best staff member I have dealt with. His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service made my stay even better. He is extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. His attitude is exceptional, and he represents the hotel in the best possible way.
