150 meters away from metro station, all facilities are available in the hotel or 200m away. Breakfast team and longs bar team are making great to excellent
Best days of my life
We stayed at Towers Rotana from 30 September until 7 July. Unfortunately, we had to check out earlier than planned due to the current situation. We had an amazing stay and truly felt at home throughout our time at the hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. A very special thank you goes to Hassan from the Sales team, who took care of us from our very first day until our departure. He was exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Every request we had was handled promptly and with great efficiency. His dedication, kindness, and outstanding customer service made a real difference, and he always went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Thank you, Towers Rotana, for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to staying with you again.

A Hotel That Truly Cares ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏🙏🙏
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.
What impressed me the most wasn’t just the hotel itself. It was the people. Every single staff member I met, without exception, was genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they truly care about their guests.
I originally came for just 3 nights, but because of an unexpected family emergency, I ended up extending my stay three different times. Each time, the team made the process effortless, accommodated my requests without hesitation, and even offered me a great rate. During a stressful time, that level of understanding meant a lot to me.
Everything here has been excellent. The restaurants, the pub, the swimming pool, room service, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Towers Rotana team. You didn’t just provide great hospitality. You showed genuine kindness when I needed it most. That is something I’ll always remember, and it’s the reason I’ll gladly stay here again whenever I’m back in Dubai.
Amazing long stay in Towers Rotana SZR Dubai
moved out of the apartment I was renting and decided to stay at Towers Rotana for a while before finding a new place. It was one of the best decisions I could have made! The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, and my room is comfortable, spacious, and has everything I need. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every morning. The location is perfect—right next to the metro, close to my office, and convenient for getting anywhere in Dubai. Having a well-equipped gym, a lovely pool, great restaurants, and a pub all in one place makes the stay even more enjoyable. Everything you need is here. A special thank you to Ghina Asana for her outstanding support. She was always responsive, helpful, and made my stay even more pleasant with her professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Towers Rotana to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or a longer stay.
