Service information
I was already in many hotels in Dubai but the service at the entrance was completely excellent. The worker at the entrance named Fawad was absolutely wonderful . I also need to tell that Raj, Waseem and Fasal also made a great job. They were always ready to help and they made me feel really comfortable at that hotel. The Kindness of the four was also absolute excellent and I was actually happy about the vacation.
Central amazing hotel
We stayed here for 5 nights. What a lovely hotel very central in JBR. The hotel entrance and rooms were lovely. All the staff were amazing and very helpful. We spent the day by the pool or on the beach when we didn’t go out sightseeing. We tried all the restaurants and the food options were amazing and portion size and presentation were lovely.
Absolutely perfect stay
We have returned to this hotel again as last time was perfect. Well this time we were definitely not disappointed. The service is second to none and perfect in every way. Amazing service and the gentlemen who cleaned our rooms were amazing !!!! Thank you ritz Carlton for such a wonderful stay and making our custom feel welcomed and appreciated.
