The Heritage Hotel Autograph Collection

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I stayed at Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection, located in the Al Manzil district on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. I had previously stayed at this hotel about nine years ago when it was part of the Emaar Hotels portfolio, and I was impressed by how much it has improved under Marriott Bonvoy.

The location is one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. It is within easy walking distance of Dubai Mall, numerous excellent restaurants and cafés, and a convenient air-conditioned retail area next to the hotel with a mini market and essential services. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a pleasant swimming pool.

The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and consistently professional, making the stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

I also appreciated the café and Courtyard Restaurant on the ground floor, which provided a relaxed atmosphere to watch football matches during my stay.

There were only a couple of minor inconveniences. The room key card occasionally required reprogramming, which was slightly inconvenient, and the nearest ATM is located at Dubai Mall rather than close to the hotel.

Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for both business travelers and families. Thanks to its outstanding location, warm hospitality, and noticeable improvements under the Marriott Bonvoy brand, I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
