A Wonderful Transformation and Exceptional Hospitality
This was not our first stay at the hotel, and I must say that the experience this time was a significant improvement compared with our previous visits. During an earlier stay, the management had informed us about the planned renovations, and it was wonderful to return and see the difference.
We stayed in the Presidential Suite this time, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and offer a great view. The renovation has definitely given the hotel a fresh and much-improved feel.
The breakfast selection could still benefit from having a wider variety of options. However, a special thanks goes to Mr. Rajiv, who was extremely helpful and always willing to accommodate our special breakfast requests whenever possible. His flexibility and hospitality were greatly appreciated.
The reservations and registration team were excellent as well. Ms. Yasmeen was very responsive to my emails before our arrival and did her best to assist with our various requests. Others from front desk were also very supportive, and a special thank you to Mr. Mahesh for his assistance, walkthrough, and support during check-in, as always.
I would also like to thank Mr. Durai, who kindly followed up on several Amazon packages that I was expecting to be delivered to the hotel. His assistance made things much easier for us.
Another gesture that genuinely stood out happened when my young child accidentally scribbled on one of the desk cloths. I offered to pay for it, but the hotel kindly declined. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the duty manager's exact name from the day we checked in, but I believe it was something like Mr. Tanj. Regardless, the way the situation was handled was very kind and greatly appreciated.
There were also many other friendly and helpful staff members whose names I may have missed, and my thanks go to all of them as well.
Overall, we had a great experience, made even better by the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. It was very nice to see the improvements following the renovation, especially compared with our previous experiences.
I would happily recommend this hotel, and we will certainly consider staying here again on our future visits.

Excellent Stay - Room 2612
Dear Mr Sharad More, The H Dubai Management and Team,
I would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire team at The H Dubai for making our stay from 22nd August to 28th August such a wonderful and memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived, we experienced a level of hospitality, comfort and service that truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our stay in the Diplomatic Suite was exceptional. The suite was spacious, luxurious and maintained to a very high standard, providing us with the comfort and relaxation we were looking for.
A special word of appreciation goes to the wonderful team in the breakfast area. As vegetarians, we greatly appreciated how cooperative, attentive and accommodating the team was in ensuring that our dietary preferences were well taken care of. Their willingness to listen to our requirements and make sure we had suitable options each morning made our dining experience particularly enjoyable.
I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rajeev, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well looked after during our dining experiences. His attentiveness, warmth and genuine approach to guest service were truly appreciated and reflect the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's Jacuzzi, gym and sauna facilities, which added another wonderful dimension to our stay and gave us the opportunity to relax and unwind.
Today, as we prepare to check out, we are genuinely sad to leave. In fact, we would have loved to extend our stay further. Unfortunately, we are now moving on to our next destination, Atlantis The Palm, for the next couple of days before we head back home to the UK on Sunday
We leave The H Dubai with wonderful memories, a very positive impression of your team, and sincere appreciation for the hospitality extended to us. We would be delighted to return in the future, particularly once the ongoing renovations are fully completed, and experience the hotel once again in its renewed form.
