The reception team - Grace, Isaaco and Reezan - were lovely. Had a smooth transaction process. My therapist, Nadia, was amazing. One of the best therapists I had. Will absolutely come back again.

We had another wonderful and relaxing experience at the Swissôtel Al Ghurair Spa, and this is exactly why we keep coming back.
A special thank you to our therapists, Anushtha and Mahesh, for their excellent massage. They were professional, attentive, and made us feel completely relaxed throughout the session. Their skills and care made the experience truly exceptional.
We would also like to thank the receptionists, Grace and Reezan, for their warm welcome and outstanding customer service. They were very friendly, helpful, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish.
We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the swimming pool bar, and the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. Everything—from the spa treatment to the pool and dining experience—was excellent.
