Three days we have an meeting in here, riky and the banquet team really helpful
Always amazing one of my best stay
This is my third time staying in this hotel best staff at reception always and above all the manager Mr Anas who is always very helpful this time I stayed for 8 nights on a family vacation was greeted by Mustafa at check in very Humbel and Cooperative guy I requested for nice room he upgraded me to a big suite room my wife was very happy with the room . Will definitely stay again at this hotel

Excellent service. This was probably our 4th or 5th visit. Would like to mention a few names who made this trip extra special. Khalid from the Livan resteraunt who always ensured we were well looked after ,Mehdi from housekeeping on the 19th floor who went out of his way to keep our room clean and Suresh from the 4th floor pool who does his job diligently and always ensures guest feel safe and the pool area is clean. Swissotel has always gone beyond our expectations and is our 2nd home!Cannot wait to be back soon.
