Overall, our stay was good, but honestly, this hotel does not feel like a 5-star property.

We stayed for 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner) as a family. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming.

However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The restaurant was quite disappointing. While some of the food was tasty, the buffet was very small, offered very little variety, and most of the dishes were repeated every day with almost no changes. Considering the price of the half-board package, it simply wasn't worth it.

Another frustrating issue was the buffet timing. Every staff member gave us different information. One told us dinner was from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, another said 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and another said 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Sometimes we arrived at 6:30 PM and found the buffet had already started at 6:00 PM, while on other days it hadn't even opened yet. It was confusing and poorly organized.

The swimming pool was also surprisingly warm. The water felt more like a jacuzzi than a swimming pool and definitely needs to be cooled down.

The kids' area was much smaller than what was shown in the photos and described online, which was disappointing. That said, I would like to thank Elena, who works there. She was very kind, professional, and wonderful with the children.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but I don't think it offers good value for the price. The amount we paid did not match the quality of the experience we received. For a hotel advertised as 5 stars, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
