Exceptionap
So far our stay has been amazing, exceptional and fast customer service. All the staff we have interacted with have been warm and resourceful. We have a lovely view of the Burj Khalifa at the comfort of our balcony. Housekeeping have made our stay very comfortable and assisted to maintain cleanliness through out. Thanks to Rashidah, Himal, Gambil and Sushil from housekeeping for their attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful stay with excellent service
We had a really lovely stay at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, and everything was comfortable from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive without ever feeling overbearing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
What I appreciated most was how clean everything was. Room was always spotless when we came back, well arranged and fresh. Met Lucky and Manita from housekeeping one morning, both were lovely and very helpful. Would happily stay again and again..
