We had a wonderful dining experience at Two Birds Restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel. A special thank you to Somu for the outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. Her warm attitude and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Somu, for your hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

This is my 3rd time staying at the Sheraton Grand, & definitely won’t be my last, it’s an absolute pleasure to spend time here, you are truly treated like part of the family, a great reflection on the managers & the way the staff are trained but you can also see they are happy to be here & go the extra mile in every department of which there are many, please visit all of them when you stay, especially the Spa, Two Birds & the Club Lounge all designed around total comfort & relaxation. The location is also great just 10 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes to Downtown, a great base to explore all Dubai has to offer. A 5 star service awaits for great value for money.
