I had a wonderful experience staying at Royal Ascot Hotel Dubai. The overall service was excellent, and everything was well organized and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help.
I would especially like to mention Mr. NAYEM, a Bangladeshi member of the security team. He was very polite, helpful, friendly, and professional. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and hospitality at Royal Ascot Hotel. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Dubai. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. NAYEM, for the great service and hospitality!
