A nice hotel with a very convenient location, near the metro station, the Museum of the Future within walking distance. The sea is a little far away. It was a nice pool, but the water was cold. I like the gym. The breakfasts are average, the food is not for everyone. Thanks to the cook who cooked the eggs, it's delicious. The quality of service is excellent. Everyone is very kind, wonderful staff work at the reception, thank you all. It was also very pleasant to communicate with the staff of the Abbas, Michael, David, Abdul, Siddiq, Ruwan hotel. They are very hospitable. Hotel thanks for cleaning Judy, Francis. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely service from every one working there The food was lovely Checked out and had 9 hours to our flight and transfer and they allowed us to relax in the lounge which was really nice, they held our luggage safely. Customer service was immaculate especially by Saddiq and Abbas Thank you so much for a lovely week

It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, offering excellent cleanliness, comfort, a great location, and, above all, exceptional hospitality and genuine care for its guests.
The restaurant was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was delicious, the variety was impressive, and the service was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Chef Gamal Emara and mustafa abu sa3da for his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience.

Wonderful Family Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana as a family of four—my wife, our two children, and myself. The hotel has beautiful views, especially in the evening, and the location is very convenient, with the metro station within walking distance.
What made our stay truly special was the people. The attention to detail, guest recognition, genuine engagement, and teamwork across the hotel made a real difference to our experience.
A very special thank you to Jana from the Front Office. She was always warm, professional, helpful, and engaging. One morning, while we were having breakfast at SOLA Restaurant, she happened to pass by our table, stopped to ask how we were doing, and checked that everything was going well. It was a simple gesture, but a very meaningful one. These small personal touches are what make guests feel genuinely valued.
The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and engaging throughout our stay, always greeting us warmly and keeping our room clean and comfortable.
We would also like to thank Eqwal from the Engineering Department for being very helpful, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed.
A big thank you to the entire team at SOLA Restaurant for the excellent service during breakfast. One of the best examples of their teamwork was how they handled our son's request for gluten-free bread. After we mentioned it, the team remembered and communicated with each other, so we did not need to explain or repeat the request every day. The gluten-free bread was specially prepared for him, and this level of care made breakfast much easier and more comfortable for our family.
For me, this is what great hospitality is all about—not only providing a service, but remembering guests, understanding their needs, communicating as a team, and making them feel genuinely cared for.
The only thing missing is valet parking, but the parking area is close to the hotel, so it was still convenient and not a major issue for us.
Overall, Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is a wonderful hotel with beautiful views, a convenient location, and, most importantly, a team that genuinely cares about its guests.
Thank you to everyone who made our family stay so memorable. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
