Great Hotel, Excellent Service, and Amazing Staff
We had a wonderful stay at Riu Dubai and truly enjoyed our holiday.
The housekeeping team did an excellent job – our room was always spotless and very well maintained. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, courteous, and always willing to help.
The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and high quality. The pools were enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, relaxing, and pleasant.
The only suggestion we would make is regarding the room. We were assigned room 1002, which had a bathtub and felt less modern compared to other rooms in the hotel. We believe a more updated room would have made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also noticed that the hotel felt a little crowded and somewhat hectic during our stay, which we understand may have been due to a special promotion that attracted a higher number of guests given the current situation. We believe this is not usually the case, and it certainly did not take away from the quality of the service provided by the staff, who remained professional and attentive throughout.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Riu Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

You won’t be disappointed!
The best all inclusive I have stayed at - reasons why …. Food - extremely tasty, piping hot, replenished regularly, so much choice, allergens clearly displayed (helpful when you have a teenager with a severe nut allergy).
No sun bed wars - soooooo many sun beds, no having to reserve with towels. You could stroll down at lunch time and there would still be room around the pool and beach.
Cleanliness - all areas of the hotel including bedrooms are spotless and cleaned to a very high standard.
Staff - everyone is so friendly. We’ve been on many holidays were the staff don’t seem to want to be there. That couldn’t be further from the truth for the staff here. From reception, to pool bar, life guards, entertainment team, restaurant staff, house keepers, even security - everyone says hi, good morning and with a genuine smile. A few personal mentions Mariana on the Oasis pool bar, Lenon & Luis in the main restaurant and Diana in the Italian. So attentive, we just appreciated things like a smile, remembering our drinks orders, always one step ahead with the service they offered. It didn’t go unnoticed- thank you.
The water sports being included was a bonus and the kids enjoyed the water slides.
Location was ‘okay’. It’s an up and coming area and there’s a lot of construction. Didn’t bother us - there’s no noise or anything and I can imagine in a few years time it’ll be amazing. We used uber to go Dubai Mall (15 mins, 50AED and Atlantis Water Park (40mins, 140 AED) Okay going but goodness me I forgot how bad Dubai evening traffic was.
My one and only improvement would be to have some form of adult entertainment in the lobby bar. It’s such a nice relaxing area with great drinks and friendly staff, it would be nice to have something to add to the atmosphere of an evening, something in the back ground such as a musician of some sorts a guitar, piano, saxophone player or singer.
I would 100% recommend doing a Desert Safari, we used Get Your Guide, they do hotel pick up and drop off as part of their various packages. It was one of the best experiences we’ve done.
I was recommended this hotel via a friend and I have since recommended it to others. Very impressed.

Cleaners weren't very good but could of just been mine
Cleaners of our room wernt that good at all but might have just been our , didnt stock up mini bar properly had to buy our own milk and had to ask for milk at end of the holiday, didnt restock daily and had to ask for towels regularly, but like I say could of just been my cleaners

Staycation at RIU
One-of-a-kind "all-inclusive" beach resort with its own mini waterpark and 3 pools with a bar serving free-flowing drinks & ice cream. 4 buffet meals included: breakfast, Lunch, dinner, and snack buffet. The only thing which bothered me was the lack of cleanliness at the toilets in the lobby and at the poolside rest of the hotel cleanliness is on point.
