Lovely upgrade room with sea view. Thanks Maria you never disappoint. Special thanks to the lovely NISHMA who kept our room spotless. Restaurant staff and food always to a high standard. A big thankyou to all the chefs who work very hard to keep all the guests happy and well fed with many great dishes. Good to see some of the same staff and a special thankyou to Josephine and Deepak not forgetting all the other waiters and supervisors. Hope to see you all again in 2027.

Lovely hotel
A lovely hotel, a large choice of buffet food. Spice restaurant was fabulous, food fresh and so tasty. Staff were all so lovely Diana was our server and was so good!! The Italian great choice at night and staff again were so lovely, mukesh and Bripan served us so well, always welcoming and polite. A very special mention to Josephine at the buffet morning and afternoon a warm welcome smile and so lovely. Will miss her. Over all a quiet location but friendly hotel with great food and staff. Gym could be doing with a revamp but ok for what you need. Entertainment was also great.
Lovely hotel except on a Saturday!
Firstly as returning guests there were a few things we were disappointed with, No Baylies (whiskey cream) all week even though on every bar menu. Pool bar not open in the evening- really missed this! Snack bar not open for lunch. The main issue was the Saturday where the hotel was inundated with ?locals? No tables available at dinner, kids screaming & running riot in restaurant & then racing through outside bar on scooters all evening. None of these issues were experienced any other day/ night but completely lost the holiday vibe for us. The beach, pools, food & staff are all lovely but will probably look for an alternative hotel in Dubai.
It was a blast!
Stayed with my family at RIU for 2 nights. Staff members at the property are all so friendly and accommodating, the facilities are nice. My family had fun on the splash park and slides, my husband and I enjoyed the pool bar..and the foods served during the whole stay were extra good too.
Room is average but clean.
We had a Bingo Night experience which was super fun. We had a Night Chill with live music and more.
What I don't like: Customer Service Support via Phone is very poor. I have spoken to 3 different agents and all are extra rude. Impatient and sarcastic. I almost didn't push through with the booking because of them. Maybe they could be trained how to provide good customer service
But good thing I still did because again, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friednds and we'll surely go back. :)
40th Birthday Celebration
Cannot fault this hotel,, The food is the best we have ever had at an all inclusive, The choice and quality of the meat is unbelievable. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The beach is also really nice. Its a little bit out of town but taxi's are cheap compared to the UK Overall i would give this hotel 10/10
