Flawless food and service. 10/10
The best Italian food I’ve had in my life! Chef Rahul catered for us perfectly, and the service from Sai was personal, intuitive and second to none. He completely understood our vegetarian requirements, and the food was perfect. 10/10 recommend, would definitely come again.
Exceptional hospitality and attention to detail
I spent five nights at Raffles Dubai and came away genuinely impressed by the consistency and quality of the experience.
The standout moment came from George at Front Office. On the morning of an important meeting, I realised at around 9:00am that I had travelled without cufflinks and needed to leave by 9:30am. George somehow managed to source a pair for me at extremely short notice. It was an extraordinary gesture, completely beyond expectation, and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like.
A special mention as well to Tina at Solo Restaurant, whose warm and attentive service was excellent throughout.
The quality of the food across the hotel was consistently very high, and the housekeeping team also deserves recognition for the care and attention to detail shown throughout my stay.
It is also worth recognising the Rooms Division Director, as the service culture across the hotel clearly reflects strong leadership and a team that genuinely understands the finer points of guest experience.
Raffles Dubai delivers the kind of polished, thoughtful hospitality that is increasingly rare. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it for both family stays and solo travel in Dubai.

Raffles Dubai is the best deal
We had one of our best times at Raffles. It is hard times for Dubai but Raffles didn’t disappoint us. Big thanks to the staff in the Solo restaurant making our stay unforgettable. Sai and chef Raul special thanks. You are really making the difference! Try the salmon and grilled chicken! - probably the best in Dubai. We will miss you!

Raffles Dubai is exceptional
We had a 4 night stay booked through Luxury Escapes. The Raffles resort was exceptional and the food and wine inclusions were outstanding. We wish to acknowledge the exceptional service of Chef Rahul, Sai, and waiting staff Tina and Nafi. Incredible stay and exceptional hotel. Will definitely return !!!!!
