I had another wonderful stay at Park Regis Bur Dubai. As a regular guest, I always feel welcomed, and this visit was no exception.
A special thank you to Hima from the Reception/Reservations team for her exceptional service. She kindly accommodated my early check-in request, which I truly appreciated. I had attended an early morning work seminar and was extremely tired, so being able to check in early gave me the opportunity to rest and recharge. It made a huge difference to my day.
Hima was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. She made me feel valued as a returning guest, and her excellent customer service reflects the high standards of the hotel.
Thank you to the entire Park Regis Bur Dubai team for consistently providing a comfortable stay and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon! 😇✨👌

The start needs to be right!
Overall, good experience. Location good and value for money under corporate rate. Many shops around hotel to help buy items. Location was also great for orders to be delivered. Thank you.
Wonderful stay at Park Regis
It was wonderful stay. The location was very accessible with all the brilliant food joints around. The in house breakfast and meals were spot on too. The staff was very friendly and made me very comfortable.
Home away from home
This hotel is truly a home away from home, not just for us but for many of its guests. Every member of the staff reflects genuine hospitality, professionalism, and great leadership. From the moment you arrive at the entrance until you reach your room, you are treated with exceptional care.
The reception team welcomes every guest with warm smiles and friendly service, making you feel comfortable right away. The pool staff are also attentive and always ready to provide excellent service and anything you may need.
