Hello, I’m Mariah Mobashir Sheikh. I booked this hotel on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing from the moment we checked in.
The AC in our room is not working. When my sister went to reception to report the issue, the staff member’s behaviour was quite unfriendly and unprofessional.
We expect an immediate solution and a complimentary upgrade to a better room. Otherwise, we will have no choice but we asked for a check out. Courtyard my

Extremely disappointed! Never had such a bad experience In Dubai.
Ac was not working the first day. Had to complain 5 times before they managed to change our room . Re packed , missed my dinner reservations got charged on my card for the lost reservation. The next day no electricity in the room . Again complained. Along with all this no amenities in the room like dental kit etc. , towels have stains on them , dirty bath robes. The sad part is no compensation from the management. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our home away from home
Our stay at Paramount Hotel Business Bay in Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel was amazing and the team wonderful...but four people really stood out: Hakkan, Bijay, Zwel and Islam. They welcomed us with bright smiles, helped us settle in quickly, and made us feel like family from the very first moment. They were also warm, attentive, and caring, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They made our time in Dubai so memorable, and we really appreciated their hospitality and kindness. Thank you, Bijay, Hakkan, Zwel and Islam, for making us feel so welcome.

The worst experience I’ve ever had
Very bad hotel with bad service the weather was hot we booked suite room supposed to be something good we checked in at 9pm and since 9 pm we are trying with them to fix the air conditioner issue till 4 morning we couldn’t sleep the room was really hot and humid the ac not working and every time we call them they say someone will come and check 2 personal cames to check they take pic of the ac and they never came back they didn’t want to change us room or fix the problem and then at 4 morning the reception stopped answering our calls worst service and worst night ever
