I had a very good experience their from the very start, my checkin was so nice , all the amenities and they arranged was so lovely, Even restaurant ambience is also very nice and eye catching, Miss monica she is very helpful and kind towards me she helped me with all the room amenities and give me exposure of everything very nicely , thank u so much , food was also very tasty and upto the mark , room was also good and cleaned housekeeping staff is very helpful. Thank u everyone for making my travel smooth and hasel free will visit again for the wonderful experience , thank u miss monica 😊

Phenomenal stay
This hotel was the best in everything including the phenomenal staff. Monika at the check in desk in the most amazing and beautiful person. Her smile is contagious and her heart is extremely caring. She will go above and beyond so you feel that you are right at home. I cannot wait to visit Dubai again and stay here again. Thank you for one memorable trip. This hotel is clean friendly and so accommodating in everything you need. If I could give this hotel and staff a 100 I would.
guests left feeling like an inconvenience to staff
location was really close to airport but not noise issues at all. getting a taxi was easy but the driver was really annoyed that he had waited in line so long but only had a 5 minute fare. atmosphere was very quite due to political issues at the time, but seeing staff sat around in public areas playing on phones wasn't so good. I had a group d floor apartment with a 2 meter square patio leading to the pool. it was strewn with ciggie packets & beer bottles when I arrived. A couple of issues with staff. 1) getting up at 4am for flight I went outside with my coffee and started to walk toward the pool area. I was accosted by a female receptionist who corralled me back to my 2 square meter patio stating the pool was closed at night, despite there being at least 15 meters of patio between my room and the pool area. I was fully dressed & obviously getting ready to leave. The same receptionist also told me that a shuttle to the airport was not an option, meanwhile upon check out another receptionist organised a shuttle immediately. I guess my impression was that a couple of unkind gestures from staff really impacted my impression of the hotel. It was very quiet & instead of being made to feel special with the little touches that most hotels embrace I felt like guests were an inconvenience. Back in Dubai again soon & definitely won't stay here again. I guess Dubai is so busy they don't have to rely on return bookings
