Poor quality of food. Breakfast quality are disaster. Prices are not worthy to spend. Rooms are already outdated. Windows are full of dust you cannot enjoy the city view.

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to my room attendant, Shumail, for his exceptional service during my stay at the Millennium Plaza Downtown. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Shumail has incredible attention to detail: the bed linens were always fresh, the towels were changed promptly, and all personal belongings were neatly organized. But most of all, I was impressed by his genuine hospitality, politeness, and willingness to help at any time. He truly cares about the comfort of our guests. This high level of service makes our stay unforgettable. Shumail is a true professional and a valuable asset to the hotel! I will definitely be back.
