Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever been to! The staff, cleanliness, rooms, pools and beach is unmatched.
They go above and beyond for their guests and everytime we try another hotel in Dubai we keep coming back to mandarin because it’s simply the best! Special shout out to Celia she is really helpful and amazing! ❤️😍

MO Jumeirah The Best in Dubai
The entire property is fantastic—huge, luxurious, and spotless rooms with décor that makes you feel right at home. Elegance reigns supreme at the MO. It is the best property I have visited in Dubai in recent years. I must offer my sincere compliments to the entire staff at MO Dubai Jumeirah. My family and I spent 12 truly unique and unforgettable days there—from the warm welcome and service to the cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the atmosphere that made us feel like at home. Your hotel will certainly be our go-to choice in the future. Our recent stay at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira was nothing short of magical, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Eissa, who played a huge role in creating such a beautiful experience for my family.
We chose the hotel to celebrate my daughter Anna’s birthday, and from the very beginning Issa made us feel truly special. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Luxury is not only about beautiful rooms and facilities—it is about people who make guests feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcome. Issa embodies the very best of Mandarin Oriental’s standards and hospitality. He transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly unforgettable memory for our family.
