Unsafe and Unprofessional Behavior – A Disturbing Hotel Experience
The owner of this hotel, a man named J.S Anand, was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable with his behavior. He touched me inappropriately in the elevator and acted far too familiar with me, making me feel uneasy and unsafe. His behavior was creepy and completely unprofessional.
He had obtained my phone number from the reception desk and messaged me several times, saying that he wanted to come to my room. This was completely unacceptable and made me feel even more unsafe during my stay.
Another staff member in housekeeping, named Diana, was also extremely rude and disrespectful whenever I called to request room cleaning, order coffee, or ask for anything else. She spoke to me in an insulting tone and hung up on me several times.
Overall, I did not feel that I was treated with basic courtesy or respect. My experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant because I never felt comfortable, relaxed, or safe during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially women traveling alone. Guests deserve to feel safe and respected, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide that basic standard of hospitality.
