Kids club
Kids club was very friendly and safe the staff was very polite , supportive and friendly They make the moment worth a lot. Thanks for keevin , yashika , sanduni , warushika , victoria , jennifer , janaka and biswajith. I hope I don't forget any of them it's was very great time for kids.
Such a poor experience
Where do I start .. the hotel I was coming to regularly has deteriorated so much. When I first visited I was sold a sea view now there is only large apartment blocks blocking the view. Not only do they block the view but they also block the sun from all the sun beds and the private beach. So after 3.30 everyone in shade. The breakfast they used to serve in club lounge now downgraded to ground floor and the standard of the club lounge food is so much poorer than it was . Went last night and no food !! It was like a children’s club !! Saw a child lick the melon and put it back ! The Baresi bar which opened until 3am is now closed for renovations !!!! Probably never to be seen again. Looked for drink at 24.10 and told to go next door to the W hotel who have the general sense to keep a bar open until 1am !!
In general the standard has deteriorated so so very badly over the past 10 years would strongly advise looking at alternative hotels in the near location and maybe the westin Room 712

Simply Exceptional – A Truly Unforgettable Stay overall experience was very good. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again.

Amazing kids club
I went to the kids club with my son it was amazing. Janaka he is played with my son. And all the staf is very kind…
A wonderful staycation for the weekend with the kids
We celebrated my sons birthday with a staycation for the weekend and had a great time. Kids enjoyed the waterpark to the max, staff were friendly specially to my son who is autistic, food was great as we ate in several restaurants there and it's connected to the other hotels and you can use the other pools as well. Rooms were specious, clean and they accommodated our request to give us 2 rooms interlocking
