Shehrooz is the best 10/10
Lovely hotel , it was a great stay , I booked tours with Mr Abdullah at Travel Desk . I booked the tour with him . I met to Mr shehrooz who is well experienced and had a great knowledge about Dubai . I recommend every one to book with Fortune Destination Tourism.

Wonderful experience. Ms. Catherine was very accommodating and warm to explain and answer all our questions. Great stay! Highly recommended. Clean and well-maintained room, smelling good, and towels are properly washed. All staff were smiling and greeting.

I have stayed from 4-8 April and still haven’t received my refund till now I have sent email on 8 May asking for status of refund and no reply till now I hope this can be resolved soon

Hospitality – 2.5/5 The staff did not leave a strong impression. Service felt somewhat unmotivated and lacked the warmth you would normally expect from a hospitality-focused hotel.
Cleanliness – 3.5/5 Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but the rooms are quite dated. There were visible stains on curtains and some surfaces and furniture. Despite this, the room was fairly clean and usable.
Location – 4/5 One of the hotel’s strong points is its location. It is conveniently situated near many good places, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
Breakfast Buffet – 3.5/5 The breakfast buffet is reasonably good considering the low price of the hotel. There are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. However, adding a proper coffee machine would definitely improve the experience.
Overall Experience – 3.5/5 This is a mediocre but budget-friendly hotel. It’s important not to expect too much, but it can work well for short stays, especially if you are looking for a cheap option in a good location.
