Quite the experience.
We were sent here by Emirates as accommodation in their Dubai Connect programme as we had a 25hr layover between flights. It was a bit of a surprise as they had originally said we weren't eligible. Anyway, this was quite an experience. The hotel is very impressive, we enjoyed a day by the pool and 3 good meals. All the staff were helpful and professional.

They are amazing
I am staying as a long stay guest. Everything was so memorable, specialy the services. All employee is paying attention to their guest for every needs even the smallest thing. Superb Service
We stayed two nights at the JW Marriott Marquis after just over a week at Mina Seyahi. From the moment we arrived the welcome and the service were outstanding. We were welcomed effusively by Guest Experience Supervisor Niro. He listened attentively to our room requests and allocated us a room on the 26th floor - the fast lift is quite the experience. We were escorted to our room which was comfortable and well equipped with everything you would expect of a Marquis Hotel, however a little tired. It is probably in need of the refurbishment currently being undertaken in the other tower. Prabin A looked after the room well and replenished everything we used. The pool area is fine, although I suspect it can be a little “cosy” when the hotel is busier. Thanks to the team, especially Pateek, Pooja and Sumedh for looking after us. The dining options are reduced at the moment - in common with one of the towers, half are being refurbished at the moment. We had the HB package and had breakfast and dinner in Kitchen 6 in the Garden. The offering was limited owing to its temporary location. The food was good and the atmosphere excellent. We were well looked after by Sidarth and Ajay. We were planning to have pre-dinner drinks in The Bridgewater Tavern, it was certainly buzzing but our visit coincided with Quiz Night and Friday night, so instead we had drinks in the rather more sedate Nomadia with the lovely Niru and Vita. Overall the stay was excellent and would like to return one day when all the restaurants are open.
