It was very fantastic. I like everything in the hotel. I ordered fasting burger and club sandwich ( no dairy product foods). I thought I may not find but they did it. I would like to thank all the stuff of the Hotel. Thanks again

Wonderful experience to sleep peacefully after all day work at lilly doctors event 9th & 10th October along with guarantee travel events and ccl limousine cars transportation transfers at Jumeirah Emirates Tower hotel Dubai. Exceptional Room Service at Jumeirah Emirates Towers
During my first visit to Dubai, after a busy yet wonderful day because its our last day of our official bussiness and learning intervention, as well as exploring the city on October 16, I returned to my hotel and ordered room service. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Vishnu. His warm smile, positive energy, and professionalism immediately stood out. He elegantly arranged my meal as if I were dining in a restaurant, and everything was served hot, even the bread!
This experience went far beyond my expectations of ordinary room service. Vishnu exemplifies genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. His excellent service made my first Dubai experience even more memorable. Thank you, Vishnu and Jumeirah Emirates Towers, for making my dubai experience a happy and something to treasure❤️🙏🏼

Everything about my stay was perfect. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel until the moment I checked out. The staff, the location, the room and the overall atmosphere was very impressive. The attention to detail that I requested in terms of cleanliness and other facilities was top-notch and so were the facilities like the gym and the pool. I would highly recommend it to everyone to stay here for business or personal reasons. They have set the bar very high.
