Spacious Rooms and Great Service
The staff at this hotel are incredible, they all treat you with the utmost respect and even learn your name! Everyone is always cheerful, helpful and have a smile where you feel so much at home.
A special thanks to the two bell boys Ravi and Aaron who went out of their way to help me and to Ashok from housekeeping who always made sure my room was clean and tidy and always with a smile.
A special thanks to Larisha from sales also for all her help and support.
Great service and food
Amazing service in the Nomad restaurant. Our waiters Hasnain and Faizan were very attentive and pleasant. Also, kitchen nailed the simple dishes - hummus, seabass, lamb kofta etc. which were very tasty comparing to other restaurants and buffets.

Great Service!!!
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights with breakfast included, and our overall experience was excellent.
The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The reception team made check-in smooth and pleasant, the restaurant staff was attentive, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to Amitesh for his outstanding housekeeping service. He was thorough with the cleaning, ensured everything was well maintained, and promptly provided anything we needed. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference.
There is a saying that guests return because of great service, and that certainly applies here. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to bringing the whole family to spend our upcoming holidays at this hotel.

Great short stay
Arrived very late & received a warm welcome. Fantastic upgraded junior suite with comfortable beds and loads of room for our family. Breakfast was good & service excellent (thanks Faizan). Checkout was also quick & friendly (thanks Kaddijatou). Wish we’d booked a longer stay. We’ll definitely return.
