Great experience
Fast Wi-Fi, great location only a 5-minute walk from my meetings, and quiet hallways that made it easy to rest. The late-night check-in was smooth, and the 24-hour room service was a huge plus. Definitely recommend for business travelers.”

Never been disappointed with this Hotel
I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. A special shout-out to Karishma, who assisted me throughout the check-in process and made sure everything went well. Her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
Thank you to Karishma and the entire team for making my stay a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Staff Service!
My experience at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga was disappointing and fell well below the standards I expected from the Hyatt brand.
- Unpleasant smell: There was an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bed linen, raising concerns about housekeeping and room freshness.
- Unwelcoming staff: There was virtually no welcoming attitude from the hotel staff. The reception desk staff displayed an aggressive and unprofessional attitude, making the check-in and overall guest experience unpleasant.
- Limited room visibility: The room had limited visibility and an underwhelming outlook, which affected the overall experience.
- Housekeeping standards: The condition and freshness of the linen did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this reputation.
- Lack of hospitality: The staff lacked the warmth, courtesy, and willingness to assist that guests should reasonably expect from a reputed international hotel brand.
- Breakfast: The breakfast was just okay—acceptable, but nothing particularly impressive.
Overall, the poor room conditions and lack of welcoming hospitality overshadowed the few positives of my stay. A hotel experience is not just about the facilities; it is equally about cleanliness, comfort, and how guests are treated.
I would not recommend Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga in its current state, particularly for travellers who value cleanliness and courteous customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping standards, staff behaviour, and the overall guest experience.

Good Hotel
We had a wonderful stay and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help.
A special thank you to the head chef and the lifeguard at the swimming pool for their kindness, cheerful personalities, and warm hospitality. They made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their positive attitude and attention to guests.
The building is a little old, so naturally, some areas need maintenance and occasional repairs. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Whenever something needs attention, they are always there to help and do their best to make sure guests are comfortable and satisfied.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. A hotel is not only about the building but also about the people who work there, and the staff here truly deserve praise. Thank you for making us feel welcome and taking such good care of us. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to others!
