Visited with parents once again and another elite experience capped by being looked after by the superstar that is Karun in level 5 club lounge. There are good hotels in Dubai but not many are great like Grosvenor. We will see you again soon. Richard & Reka

Greatest Stay !!!
We had a wonderful stay at Grosvenor House Dubai, with exceptional service and genuine hospitality throughout. What truly stood out was the warmth and positivity of the entire team. Everyone greeted us with a great smile, making us feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of at every step.

Another amazing stay didn't want to leave
What can I say just returned from another amazing stay at grosvenor house. On checking in the lovely lady gave us an early check-in and let us go and get breakfast after a night flight that was just what we wanted,this was definitely 5* treatment. The hotels new lobby and reception was stunning. All the staff here are brilliant they always talk to you with a smile asking how you are. We would like to say thank you to Keshar for keeping our room perfect during our stay,and a special thank you to Motaz in slones restaurant after a couple of days going to dinner he knew our name and room number without checking,he asked us if there was anything we wanted for dinner we said hotpot or shepherd's pie would be nice we got both during our stay thanks to the chef as well they were both lovely. We will be back next year Motaz for more. Again thanks to everyone at grosvenor house for helping us have a wonderful holiday.

A perfect Dubai Marina Hitel
We have stayed in the Grosvenor House four times before. We keep coming back because the service and staff are exceptional. The quality and care is always first class. The staff at Sloanes can never do enough for us. Sienna (Italian) was an oasis of class and calm. Rhoades W1 was a trip down memory lane for those of us old enough to have eaten at Gary Rhoades restaurants in London. The staff in the hotel are all brilliant, but particular praise for Param who took care of us at breakfast. Karthigan who kept our room perfect and of course Ram who we call Mr. Eggs.
