Worst Management Ever - Unprofessional Behavior!
The Night Manager, Mr. Ashutosh Khosla, completely ruined our stay. At 6:00 AM, he came to our room with an aggressive and hostile attitude over a missing physical ID. Even though I provided our official, legally binding digital IDs via the government's UAE PASS application, he refused to accept it. He completely rejected official UAE digital documentation and forced me to drive from Dubai to Sharjah at 6:00 AM just to get the physical card. Extreme rigidity and zero customer service skills. Highly unprofessional and toxic management. Avoid this hotel!
Solo business trip
It was a short business trip but i have enjoyed a lot being in the centre of Dubai close to most of the attractions and facilities. Also the team are kind and hospitable. Thanks to everyone and definitely will come back.
what fabulous change
I stayed in the hotel previously and stayed now and i can see the change and i really happy to see the team and how they are dedicated to the same level of service, being smiley, helpful and friendly.

Hospitality Done Right
The hotel is clean and well maintained, but the real highlight is the Front Office team they are professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Housekeeping maintained the room daily with great care, ensuring towels were refreshed, amenities were replenished, and all areas remained tidy. The team was polite, discreet, and efficient in their work, which contributed greatly to our comfort.bathroom are huge and clean with all amenities
