I had an amazing stay at Fairmont Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The room service was excellent, and everything was well organized.
A special thanks to Akass and Nayon for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, always making sure I had everything I needed. Their warm attitude and excellent service truly made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Fairmont Dubai to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Very good pool side very nice thabks lifeguards
Unlimited breakfast and pool day
We had the unlimited breakfast and pool experience. The 4 year old loved his butter pancakes and we loved that he was free of charge! The range of food was excellent, good sizes to sample different items and really tasty. The pool was a little strange as there is a sunrise side and a sunset side and as we were there at 12:35 we had 25 minutes at the sunrise pool but then had to swap to the sunset pool, which did not have a jacuzzi! I loved the decoration on the base of the pool and sides of the jacuzzi. We did manage to access a pool bar menu, given somewhat reluctantly! We were looking for a smoothie but no such options. We did have a lovely time.
Cleaning of room
Kisar had done a brilliant job in cleaning and everything was perfect when we came into our room our room no was 1710
Superb stay
Excellent service during our stay in room 1804. Kaisar was excellent at housekeeping, great service and the room was always pristine. Fantastic cleaning and service.
Andrew the lifeguard and his colleague Sabeer provided great hospitality each day at the pool and are very hardworking. Great assets to the team.
Finally, the breakfast staff and front of house are exceptional. A huge thank you to Roderick, Mahesh, Peace, Mina from the breakfast team - superb hospitality.
As returning guests, it was lovely to see so many of the team again including a warm welcome from Hope at the front desk.
