Family Friendly Stay!
My daughter absolutely loved our stay, especially with the scorching hot weather. The hotel’s indoor pool was the main reason we chose this place, and it did not disappoint!
We stayed in a one-bedroom king room, which was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for families!
disappointing
Disappointing unfortunately, a shame as Dusit Thanis price and location near to DIFC is great.
For clarity I booked the Dusit Thani hotel in DIFC but did not stay there. I cancelled as a simple request for non feather pillows and duvet became an ordeal.
Dusit Thani could not guarantee non feather pillows and duvet until arrival, which is not useful as feathers make me asthmatic. What would I do on arrival if there were none available, and why would I take that chance?
After I cancelled my booking Dusit Thani then - in a convoluted way - said that pillows and duvet would be available. However by then I had already booked another hotel who routinely gave me non feather pillows and duvet with no drama at all.
I then received multiple emails from various staff members at Dusit Thani telling me that my booking had been cancelled. One would have been enough, eventually I had to ask them to stop sending these emails.
If a request as simple as pillows and duvet is a challenge, I have low confidence in how Dusit Thani would cope if a bigger issue emerged.
I hope that DT will look at how they treat guest requests in the future. In this case a guest chose their hotel from the many excellent hotels in Dubai, and mailed the hotel ahead of time to remind them that non feather pillows and duvet were needed. The guest did all he could, but unfortunately Dusit Thani didn’t.
A shame.
Another Wonderful Stay
We had the opportunity to stay at Dusit Thani Dubai again from July 11–13 (3 days, 2 nights), and once again, our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded.
A big thank you to Shahad, who made our time at the pool even more enjoyable with such warm and friendly service. Atikul was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, while Jose assisted and greeted us with a smile every time we visited the pool area.
Our room was always clean and well prepared thanks to Samar Kidash, Nitin, and Patel. We truly appreciated the care and attention they put into their work.
Special thanks as well to Shakawat for being so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
Lastly, thank you to Mr. Rodolfo for leading such an amazing team. His professionalism and genuine hospitality were evident throughout our stay.
To everyone at Dusit Thani Dubai, thank you for making us feel welcome once again. We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights, and we’ll definitely be back on our next visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
