Amazing experience
Staff was very helpful. They gave us free upgrade which was really good. Room service was great. Room was very clean and had ample space. My kids loved the hotel.

An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai! ❤️
We had a wonderful and truly memorable stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! What made our stay extra special was the exceptional hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and warm service we received from the entire team. They made our anniversary celebration feel truly meaningful and unforgettable. The room decorations were absolutely fantastic and made our anniversary stay even more special! Everything was lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. And the bed? We truly enjoyed our stay and felt relaxed and pampered throughout.
We also loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We especially enjoyed our pool time, and we would like to suggest keeping the current pool timing until 8:00 PM, as it is perfect for guests to relax and enjoy the facilities. If possible, it would be even better to extend the pool hours until 10:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, allowing guests more time to unwind, especially during weekends.
The hotel's convenient location near the metro (train) and shopping malls, Breakfast at Crystal Restaurant was enjoyable.
Overall, the hospitality and thoughtful gestures from the team made our stay truly special. We left with beautiful memories and heartfelt appreciation for everyone who made our anniversary unforgettable.
Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. We would definitely love to return! ❤️

Great Experience at Copthorne Dubai
I had a pleasant experience at Copthorne Dubai. The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
A special mention to the staff for their friendly and helpful service. Everyone was very accommodating and made the stay more enjoyable. The service was attentive and professional, and I truly appreciated the hospitality.
Overall, a great experience and I would be happy to stay at Copthorne Dubai again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
