Our fourth stay at Conrad Dubai – exceptional once again!
This was already our fourth stay at Conrad Dubai, and once again, everything was absolutely outstanding. The level of service remains consistently premium and exceptional every time we visit.
Our Two Family room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. A special mention to the housekeeping team for the impeccable cleanliness and the great care they took of our rooms every day.
The breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety, plenty of choice, and consistently high-quality food.
But what truly makes the difference at Conrad Dubai is the wonderful staff: professional, attentive, friendly, always smiling, and always available to help. A very special thank you to Aïcha at the front desk, who took such great care of us and responded to all our needs with kindness and professionalism; to Kawtar, always smiling, warm and caring; and to Mohamed from security, who was exceptionally kind and helpful.
A big thank you as well to Semud, Rahul and May Rahul at the pool for their warm welcome, kindness, and thoughtful attention throughout our stay.
We always feel incredibly welcome and well looked after at this hotel. After four stays, Conrad Dubai remains one of our favorite and most trusted addresses in Dubai, and a place we are always delighted to return to.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Conrad Dubai for the outstanding hospitality and exceptional service provided during our stay for the conference, where I was accompanying guests from Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.
A special thank you to the Front Office team, especially Farid, for his excellent management, professionalism, and continuous support throughout our stay.
My sincere appreciation also goes to Badawi for his warm and welcoming reception, which made our arrival a very pleasant experience.
I would also like to recognize Aicha and Sharda from the Front Office for their great support in accommodating our doctors, carefully managing the room arrangements, and taking into consideration their schedules and timings. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist were truly appreciated.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was outstanding throughout our stay.
