Convenient and Welcoming
I’ve been staying at Aloft Hotel Dubai Creek since 2021, and it’s always my first choice whenever I’m in Dubai. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to Deira City Centre Mall, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient.
A special thank you to Mr. Naveed, who consistently provides outstanding service. He is always warm, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to ensure every stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I recently stayed at Aloft Dubai and had a wonderful experience. While the hotel itself was comfortable and my stay was enjoyable, what truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by the Duty Manager, Akshata.
She consistently went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. She was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. One gesture I especially appreciated was her assistance in arranging breakfast adjustments for me at no additional cost, which reflected her customer-first attitude and willingness to help.
Staff members like Akshata are a real asset to any organization. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression on me.
