Our stay
Our stay at Hilton Al Habtoor City was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful facilities, outstanding hospitality, and impeccable service.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible live show that was included with our overnight package. It was truly spectacular and made our experience even more memorable. Having such world-class entertainment as part of our stay added so much value and created an unforgettable evening.
A special thank you goes to Gerard, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care were evident throughout our stay. He leads by example and is clearly passionate about providing the highest level of hospitality.
Kudos as well to the entire team. Every staff member was warm, attentive, hardworking, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel valued from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out.

bad hotel
Misstreatig .Worse hotel ever. very bad service. When i came in a rolls they treated me well, when i came in other cars they didint even come to take the valet
Really disappointed
Absolutely horrific stay, We were caught in the line of fire with the war in Iran, hotel were not helpful we were told to pay the extra or leave the hotel. With no choice it cost us an extra £5,000 to stay at no fault of our own as all flights were cancelled.
Vacation at Al habtoor palace
Everything was perfect, all the staff is amazing and it’s super clean. The housekeepers were so kind and great (Ennile, Suraj, Willy, Marina, Laila and Ram) thank you so much.
