Brilliant Flawless Stay
Great check in via the smiling, helpful duo, Maria and Najma.
Had a glorious room, all the comforts, including washing machine, stove top and microwave. Stunning , sprawling Creek and City views. Mesmerising.
Another part of the stay that impressed me, was the room rate included and equal spend in the restaurants. Amazing. The room was only 299 and I ended up spending that at the English Bar (for free).
At breakfast I was served by Lucky who was polite and helpful - as was the Chef. The food at breakfast had a good selection and is International Quality.
Check out by Maria and Praniyta? Both very pleasant and doing a great job.
Would definitely stay again.

Un professional service.
The most unprofessional people I have met. I request my invoices on numerous occasions, without response. I phoned, no answer, my travel agent sends request, no response. I will NEVER stay in that hotel again.

Excellent
- Check in was unfortunately not the best experience with the room not ready approx 2 hours after official check in time. This was quite difficult especially with children and having taken an overnight flight from London.
- The manager was an absolutely wonderful lady who did her utmost to accommodate us, offering a temporary room for us to pray and freshen up and also provided us a upgrade to a wonderful room with the most stunning view of the creek.
- Room was absolutely stunning and very clean. Bathroom was beautiful and large and the beds were very comfortable.
- lovely festive platters were provided to our room.
- breakfast was excellent. The hotel was extremely extremely busy due to Christmas holidays but food was plenty, with excellent options and we were surprised at how well everything was being managed despite the huge number of guests.
- location of the hotel is excellent. Perfectly in the centre with everything accessible.
- all information is displayed on the tv screens in the bedroom including shuttle times etc which makes is very handy to access.
- hotel was more than happy to provide extra pillows without a hassle and all staff were pleasant and friendly.
- would actually definitely recommend all my friends and family to stay there and would personally be returning. We were very impressed with the place :-)

Never again ! Not a 5 star hotel !!
I’ve booked this hotel after years again because I had a good experience . I got totally disappointed:(the hotel is dirty old and the stuff is terrible. They make you feel uncomfortable.I stayed in so many luxury hotels but this one has nothing to do with a five stars hotel . Check out time is 12 they kept calling me @ 11 am so ??? Super annoying!! Mrs .Azra called us several times and replayed herself about her service . That’s not professional !!
