Definitely will come back again
This was our first stay at Address Creek Harbour, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
The level of hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and always eager to help.
The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of high-quality options, and everything was fresh and delicious. I also thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was beautifully presented and a wonderful experience. The food throughout our stay exceeded our expectations.
I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Johnny. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.He made us feel at home and is a wonderful example of the outstanding service this hotel provides.

Dubai creek harbour
Very good service from valet , front desk and housekeeping ! The only area slightly lacking is the restaurant they are extremely slow with bringing drinks and food. And they could use fans by the pool and a shaded area.
Calm and luxurious stay
My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at the Address in Creek. The hotel itself is beautiful, great breakfast selection, nice gym & pool. We stayed in a suite, very spacious and comfortable.
What stood out most was the team, who really made sure that all our needs and requests were met. Special thank you to Jonathan, who helped us resolve an issue that arose during our check in, and to Navpreet who took care of us during our stay.

Nice lunch experience
I was delighted with the service of this waiter named Selvakavi. He was attentive, polite, and friendly. I am very pleased to be in this establishment. After all, how you are taken care of is very important.
