Excellent Food & Exceptional Hospitality We had a wonderful dining experience at Li Jiang restaurant. Our waiter, Rajan, was attentive, extremely polite, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure seamless and excellent service throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. In fact, we have visited twice in the last three days, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed this place!
Great food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Rajan for making both of our visits so enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!

Exceptional service from Raju !
We returned to Li Jiang after a fantastic dinner a couple of nights prior, and Raju took our experience to the next level. Not only did he immediately recognize us, but he actually remembered our exact order preferences from our previous visit. He was incredibly attentive, proactive, and always two steps ahead without ever being intrusive. Raju truly made the entire night feel relaxed, effortless, and peaceful. It’s rare to find service that is both remarkably sharp and genuinely warm. If you visit Li Jiang, ask for Raju, he’ll make sure your evening is unforgettable!

Amazing stay at Ritz Carlton - Exceptional Service by Janak at the Pool Bar
We had such a wonderful experience at the pool bar, and a big part of that was thanks to Janak. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive throughout our time there. He went out of his way to help us, even making sure our kids got their ice creams and ice lollies.
His warm smile, genuine care, and thoughtful service made us feel completely at home. It’s people like Janak who make a stay truly special. He is a wonderful asset to the team at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal.
