Excellent service!😇
We have been staying at this hotel as a couple for couple of years now. If I am not mistaken over 3 years now. We keep coming back At StayBridge Suites hotel Abu Dhabi because of the amazing hospitality, room service are very excellent. Our every little concern as a guest here is always solved very fast, specially with the help of Mr. Wakas ( 🇵🇰) the supervisor of this hotel and Mr. Olinad (🇵🇭) at the front desk, they are very helpful, amazing and friendly, I appreciate them and I highly recommend staying at this place.
Hotel good with some excellent staff
The hotel is decent. They are currently refurbing the cafe, so there is an effort to upgrade the facilities. The lap pool is excellent but the hotel is worn in places. However, the facilities are not the hotel's real strength. That strength lies in its staff, in particular staf like Waqas (f&b manager) and Ollie (front desk).
Waqas is a delight and his customer focused service was outstanding.
Ollie was extremely helpful and nothing was too much for him to handle.
Both had a perma-smile and went beyond and above to make my stay memorable and comfortable.

Great Stay at Crowne Plaza
I had a really great time with my family. We received a warm welcoming from everyone (special thanks to Komlan). The room was beautiful, clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent and diversified. The package with access to the parks was like a dream for my children.
The Best Experience
I stayed at the Staybridge Hotel from June 14-July 3, 2026.
Now that my stay has ended, I want to recognize your awesome employees who make the Yas Plaza Hotels one of my favorites in Abu Dhabi. I found all of the employees to be extremely professional, cordial, helpful, competent, and supremely dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible stay.
I’ve found the following employees to be exceptional representatives of thehotel.
Staybridge: Mosaad and Waqas. Outstanding people and professionals. Special recognition to Mosaad. He is a star and I'd like you to know how highly I think of and respect him. Both gentlemen are professional, cordial and classy.
Stills Bar: Lee, Vincent, Esther, Vijay, Susan, Prakash and Mikee. I spent almost every evening with these folks and they made me feel like I was at home. Cordial, friendly, responsive, professional and fun! A wonderful crew!!
Jing Asia Restaurant: Sovind (or Govind. I can't read my writing), Soleyman, Maradona, Sintya, Clementine, Sweeav/n, Jacklin and Sherin. I spent almost every breakfast and dinner with these wonderful people! They quickly remembered my dining choices and took excellent care of me. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and caring. Outstanding team!
I'd like to congratulate the Staybridge and Yas Plaza management staff for creating a culture where employees want to excel, are committed to the mission, and truly care about the success of the hotel and the experience of their guests! Kudos!
This hotel employs superstars and I want it knows how highly I think of and value them. I wish I could give all of them more than 5 stars!
Thank you.

Such a Lovely and Memorable Stay at Staybridge Suites Yas Island! ❤️
We had such a wonderful time at Staybridge Suites Yas Island! It was a special getaway filled with laughter, fun, and beautiful bonding moments with friends. What made it even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the lovely staff who made us feel right at home. 🥰
A big thank you to Olinad for arranging our rooms and making our stay even more exciting with the lovely suite upgrades! To Mirza and Chloe, thank you for the beautiful room decorations and surprise birthday cake for our friends. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! ❤️
My appreciation also goes to Admire, Zaid, Rendell, Mark, and Gopal (Bellboy) for their warm welcome and helpful assistance. Special thanks to Waqas and Gideon for their smile and attentive service, taking such good care of us during breakfast, and to Sandeep for being so kind and patient with our requests for extra water bottles. 😊
Sometimes, it's the little things that make a stay truly special, and you all certainly made a difference!
Thank you to this amazing team for adding extra happiness to our little getaway! We came to enjoy time with friends and left with even more beautiful memories. We would definitely love to come back! 🥰❤️🌸
