Start with the pool area not great to look at feels old and a bit built up one pool shut at this moment that’s the only bad thing Everything from the service to the food was as good as I’ve ever had service in restaurant to pool bar just fantastic Food fantastic buffet food great quality Can’t fault this place , yes pool not the prettiest I’ve ever seen but everything else top notch thank you and will be back

The best vacation at the St. Regis
We stayed at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, and had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beach is outstanding, with clean white sand and a stunning sea. We especially loved the atmosphere — despite the hotel’s high-end standards, it feels incredibly peaceful and welcoming, allowing you to truly relax, unwind, and completely switch off from everyday life.
The hotel staff deserve special recognition. The level of service is truly exceptional: the team members are attentive, friendly, professional, and always ready to help and make every guest’s stay as comfortable as possible.
We would especially like to thank Sous Chef Lalit Mohan Bisht for his professionalism, genuine care for the guests, and excellent work, as well as Assistant Manager Marco Nasika and the entire restaurant team. It is the attitude of the staff and their attention to detail that create the special atmosphere of hospitality that makes a stay at St. Regis so memorable.
A special thank you also goes to lifeguard Sahan for his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. It is truly appreciated when employees go beyond simply doing their job and genuinely care about the comfort and safety of their guests.
We really enjoyed the breakfasts as well: an excellent selection, high-quality food, and wonderful service. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the pools and beach are perfect for both a peaceful getaway and a family vacation.
The location on Saadiyat Island is another major advantage. It is home to one of the most beautiful beaches in Abu Dhabi, with crystal-clear water and a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation.
The St. Regis Saadiyat left us with the warmest memories. It is a magnificent hotel with exceptional service and, most importantly, wonderful people who make every stay truly special.
This is definitely a place we would love to return to again. Highly recommended!

I was surprised how the service is excellent. It’s a big pleasure to visit St Regis Saadiyat. Mr Oshen was incredibly helpful. Amazing service. I told him that have sore throat so he made me ginger, I’m so grateful. Thanks!
Outstanding stay and exceptional service
We had a fantastic stay at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island. The service was exceptional throughout. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, and the whole resort is maintained to a very high standard.
Breakfast was a real highlight. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere in the world. Amazing choice, excellent quality and great service.
A wonderful hotel made even better by the people who work there. We will definitely be back.
The staff make this hotel the best you’ll ever visit
Wow wow wow! We have stayed at some amazing hotels, but this one takes the top spot. It was truly an incredible experience from start to finish and that’s down to the incredible staff they have at St Regis.
I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and they made it so special, going above and beyond.
Our room was upgraded to a suite, he received about 6 birthday cakes and Happy Birthdays from the one in the bedroom with balloons on arrival, at dinner, drinks at Buddha Bar to even one after our massage in the spa- it was so special.
He has a nut allergy and Anisha at Cafe Ginori said everything was cross contaminated, she went out of her way to get the chefs to bake him fresh croissants, and hand deliver them on a birthday trolley with candles to our room. She then had 2 fresh croissants waiting for us the next day at breakfast and gave us a departing gift of sweet treats with a photo printed she took with us - Anisha is incredible.
The staff by the pool were equally as amazing - special shout out to Tushan, Aman and Prakash who made our stay so special with fruit platters, 10/10 service, and just lovely people to speak to. Tushan even made sure that he passed on it was my partners birthday to the staff at where we had our dinner reservation, so they would do something special.
Lastly, our dinner at Sontaya was gorgeous and a special shout out to Vera who was an amazing waiter and served us the most delicious dinner.
Would highly recommend booking to stay here - we can’t wait to come back! What a magical place.
