Great Housekeeping staff
Due to a mistaken switch, the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was left on throughout the day. When I reported the issue, a call to the front desk resulted in prompt service, and housekeeping was quick to come and make up the room. A special thank you to Kabita and Rakash for their excellent assistance.

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms. Spent one night. A good gym.

Warm welcoming atmosphere, clean facility, hygienic indoor facility, good breakfast. Reception staff were v accommodative and patient.
No Smart TV
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The accommodation was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day.
The hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient, and its location is excellent—close to many attractions and places of interest. The room was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of space for a comfortable stay.
There are only a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the air conditioning takes some time to cool the room, especially during the summer months. Keeping the curtains closed during the day is necessary to prevent the room from becoming too warm especially before guest 1st check in.
Secondly, the television should be upgraded as a priority. Replacing it with a Smart TV would greatly enhance the guest experience, as the current channel selection is quite limited and can become boring during longer stays. This is something that Rotana need to improve drastically, including those in Kuwait, may wish to review.
Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. The excellent staff, spacious rooms, convenient location, and peaceful atmosphere outweigh the few improvements needed.
