Extra ordinary service level
We had experienced an engagement ceremony at Novotel hotel, with extra ordinary service level. The atmosphere and staff attitude, and behavior was too good, specially Mr Jerin the catering manager and his other staff Mr. Manish and Mr. Fazal gave us a tremendous evening and made our event memorable. Thanks a lot for your great efforts and services.

Excellent buffet experience at Horizon Line Restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. A special thank you to Helen, Merry, and Kedara for their exceptional service. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Their outstanding hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

had an excellent breakfast experience with outstanding service. The food was prepared to a high standard, and the overall dining experience was exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Helen, Kedara, and Merry for their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of choices. A special thanks to Helen and Merry for their excellent service.
