The Perfect Place for a Special Moment
We had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for one night two weeks ago, and it was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. The hotel is exceptional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The entire property reflects the highest standards of luxury and quality.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding team. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for and completely relaxed, as if we were miles away from everyday life. Our stay became even more memorable because this is where my now fiancé proposed to me. The proposal was organized on the beach at sunset, and despite the very short notice, the team arranged everything perfectly. It was more beautiful than we could ever have imagined and created a memory we will cherish forever. A very special thank you to Darwin, Giselle, and Naxly. Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication made this once-in-a-lifetime moment absolutely magical. We are incredibly grateful for everything you did to make our engagement so special. Thank you to the entire Jumeirah Saadiyat Island team for an unforgettable stay. We cannot wait to return and will recommend this hotel to everyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and truly memorable experiences.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, in our Villa. Everything was beautiful, and the service was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Teresia, Nuru, and Chima, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. They were always kind, attentive, and never fell short in helping us with anything we needed.They made our experience even more special, and we can’t wait to come back!
