Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chocolate brownie through room service. The menu didn’t mention it contained nuts, and I specifically asked before ordering and was told it didn’t. After one bite, I discovered it did. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff made excuses. The Duty Manager apologized and said the menu would be updated. This was a serious food safety issue that should never have happened.
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, it was great value for the money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Pleasant stay
Currently there is some renovation , so noise during the day is to be expected , otherwise pleasant stay , great staff especially staff personnel Ruhul always greeting with a smile .
Great Experience as usual with Holiday inn
Clear Room, Ample underground parking, Enjoyed the restaurants with Live Football matches, location was suitable to commute for works and other locations.
Overall, it was good experience, I cannot find any fault.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are patient, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Kyrillos from the Reservations Department. I could contact him at any time, and he always responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Hilal from the Reception team, as well as the Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping teams. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all for your exceptional hospitality and dedication.
